About Us
In 2013 Ryerson University expanded their Photographic Preservation and Collections Management masters program to include a moving image preservation stream. Tj Alston, Alex Jokinen, Chelsea Keen, and Stacey Turner are the first cohort of students to go through the moving image stream. They were joined in 2014 by Bing Wang, a recent graduate of the Photographic Preservation masters program. Each one comes from a different educational and professional background ranging from film studies to curatorial work to art history, and this diversity of knowledge has allowed them to learn from each other as much as from their studies. Graduating in 2015, they are all excited to pursue a future in the film archival and heritage management field. |
